1. Ordering

Orders are placed online via our website.
After you place your order, we will send an order acknowledgement by email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and payment has been taken.

2. Measuring Responsibility

Supply Only: You are responsible for ensuring all measurements are correct.

Installation Service: We will survey and take all measurements. We are responsible for the accuracy from the survey date.

3. Design Check Service

We offer a free Design Check before your shutters go into manufacture. We will check your measurements and design. If anything doesn't look right, we will contact you.
You must approve the design to proceed.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT. Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal and other payment methods displayed on our website.

5. Manufacture

All shutters are handmade to order. Lead times are shown on our website and are estimates only. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address provided. Please inspect your items on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

7. Installation

Supply Only: You are responsible for installation.
Installation Service: Our experienced installers will fit your shutters to the highest standard.
Available in selected areas.

8. Made-to-Measure Products

Our shutters are made to your specific measurements and preferences and are considered bespoke. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, these products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

9. Returns

If your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Warranty

All our shutters come with a 10 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty page for full details.

11. Product Information

Being natural products, timber grain and colour may vary. Paint colours may also vary slightly from online images. Manufacturing tolerances of +/- 2mm may apply.
