Delivery FAQs

Find answers to common delivery questions, including delivery times, missed deliveries, damaged packaging and non-mainland UK delivery.
When does my delivery time start?

Your delivery timescale starts once your order has been confirmed.

If you choose our free Design-Check Callback, your order is confirmed after we have spoken with you, reviewed your measurements and design, and you have completed payment through the secure payment link we send you.

If you do not choose a Design-Check Callback, we will review your order during working hours. If everything looks suitable, we will confirm your order and place it into production.

Orders placed outside working hours will be reviewed at the next working opportunity.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, the courier may leave your order in a safe place where appropriate.

If you would like your delivery left with a specific neighbour or in a certain safe place, please let us know in advance.

If the courier cannot complete the delivery, your order may be returned and a new delivery date will need to be arranged.

If you know you will be away during the estimated delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to rearrange delivery before your shutters are dispatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for goods left in a safe place if you have not told us to make alternative arrangements.

What if the packaging is damaged?

If the outer packaging is damaged, please do not panic. Your shutters are carefully packed to help protect them during transport.

Please open all boxes as soon as possible and check the contents carefully.

If any shutters, frames or parts are damaged, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name or room reference
  • The part affected
  • Clear photographs of the damage
  • Photographs of the packaging

Our customer team will review the issue and help arrange replacements where required.

Can delivery be delayed?

Occasionally, yes. We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timescales, but delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside our control.

This may include production demand, courier delays, severe weather, road conditions, supplier delays or other operational issues.

As delivery times are estimates, we are unable to offer discounts or compensation for delays. However, we will keep you updated and work to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?

Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

Additional delivery time and charges apply. Delivery charges usually range from £15 to £50, depending on the size of your order and delivery location.

We no longer accept orders for delivery to the Channel Islands.
